We recently completed our latest lab analysis where, together with representatives from the University of Washington, we searched for 327 harmful compounds - with none detected.
This testing was not required by any state or federal law and was conducted in addition to the third-party lab testing that AnnaFarma has already made available. This testing is a part of AnnaFarma's commitment to raise and set industry standards surrounding hemp quality and testing, so that consumers ultimately receive the safest and most therapeutic CBD product possible.
Our products were tested using high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (MS). Specifically, we used the Waters Xevo TQ-S system, which we believe to be the most sensitive targeted technology available for detecting unwanted pesticides, molds and other compounds in CBD products. These methods allowed us to identify individual compounds within our products; whereas many other testing methods have levels of detection set by the testing instrument. In effect, this means that the testing methods used by many of our competitors allow for harmful compounds to be present and they can still receive a passing mark.
